What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, onboard safety gear, fuel expenses, and standard refreshments. Packages differ - personalized cruises may feature appetizers, while business charters offer workspace and tailored catering.
How far in advance should I book?
For best availability, we suggest securing your reservation 2–3 weeks before your planned outing, or 4–6 weeks beforehand for special events and corporate functions, particularly during high season from May to September. This ensures adequate selection and preparation time.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Our priority is your safety. Should the captain determine that the weather is unfavorable, we're prepared to reschedule to an alternative date or issue a complete refund. Weather forecasts are meticulously examined, and we will inform you at least one day prior if the outing seems likely to be affected.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Guests are allowed to carry aboard their own provisions, yet we also present a variety of catering options with custom menu designs should you prefer. Note that for safety, glassware is prohibited.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to serve all customers. While some vessels are specifically outfitted to be more accessible, we encourage you to bring up accessibility needs upon booking so we can guide you to the most appropriate yacht and make any necessary preparations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Canceling your booking 72 hours prior permits a complete reimbursement. A 50% refund is given for cancellations that occur between 24 to 72 hours of departure. While within 24-hour cancellations are final unless due to our own mechanical issues or adverse weather.
